Age Requirements

Minimum driver age is 23 years. For drivers between 23 and 25 years of age, a young adult surcharge of $9.95 per day applies, and collision coverage of $15.99 per day

($5,000.00 deductible) is mandatory. 
 
Airport Pick-up

For pick-ups and drop offs at the airport, a 14% airport concession fee applies. 
 
Black-out Periods

The rates quoted on this website are not applicable during black-out periods, such as statutory holidays and sold out dates. 
 
Border Restrictions

There is a surcharge of $12.95 per day if you are traveling outside the provinces of Ontario and Quebec and unlimited mileage does not apply. Mileage is also restricted to 200 km per day, and $0.18 per each additional km. Vehicle cannot be taken out of province without permission. 
 
Cash Rentals

we do not accept cash rentals. 
 
Credit Cards

A major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard,) must be presented at the time of rental. Minimum credit card authorization is the estimated rental charge plus 20% or $500.00, whichever is greater. Debit/Banking/Check cards are not accepted. Driver's Licence and credit card must be in the same name. 
 
Drivers Licence

A valid driver’s license must be presented to the Economy car and Truck rental representative at the time of rental. The same rule applies to any additional drivers being added to the rental contract. For Ontario residents, a valid "G" and "G2 class licence or equivalent will be accepted.”G1” class licence holders are ineligible and are not permitted to operate the rental vehicle. Please indicate on Reservation Form if an international driver’s license will be used.  
 
Government Renters

Government identification must be presented at time of rental. 
 
One-way Rentals

Economy car rental not doing any one rental 

Surcharge Information
 
A Fuel Conservation Tax (TFFC) of $0.50 per day will be charged on all rentals. 
Vehicle License Fee/Air Tax Recovery Fee (VLATR) of $1.59 per day applies to all rentals.
